What types of components does IC Parts Hub source?

We specialize in obsolete, end-of-life (EOL), and hard-to-find integrated circuits — the parts that authorized distributors like Digi-Key and Mouser no longer carry. If it's been discontinued, we're likely to know where to find it.

How do I submit a request for quotation (RFQ)?

You can submit an RFQ directly from any product page, or use our standalone RFQ form at /request-a-quote. You can submit a single part or a full bill of materials (BOM). All you need is the part number, quantity, and your email.

How quickly will I receive a quote?

Our standard turnaround is within one business day. For urgent production requirements, let us know in the notes field and our team will prioritize your request.

Are the parts you source authentic?

Yes. We work exclusively with a vetted network of trusted suppliers who maintain their own counterfeit prevention standards, including certifications such as AS6081. For high-stakes orders, we can also arrange independent third-party testing.

Can I upload a BOM file?

Yes. Our RFQ form accepts CSV, XLS, XLSX, PDF, and TXT files up to 10 MB. Once uploaded, our team will review your BOM and respond with availability and pricing for each line item.

What if the part I need isn't in your catalog?

Submit an RFQ anyway. Our catalog covers the parts we've actively sourced, but our team checks availability across a much wider global supplier network. If it exists, we'll find it.

Where is IC Parts Hub located?

We are US-based and US-operated, headquartered in Bloomington, MN. Being based in the United States is a supply chain compliance advantage for many of our customers.

Do you work with international customers?

Yes. While we are US-based, we source for procurement engineers and organizations around the world.

How do I delete my RFQ data?

If you'd like your RFQ submission data removed, email us at Sales@ICPartshub.com from the address you used when submitting. We'll verify the request and confirm deletion within a few business days.
