IC Parts Hub provides a platform for submitting requests for quotation (RFQs) for electronic components. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. RFQ Submissions
Submitting an RFQ does not constitute a binding purchase order. All quotes are provided as estimates and are subject to availability, pricing, and lead time confirmation by our sourcing team. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any order is placed.
4. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all part numbers, quantities, and contact information submitted through the Service are accurate. IC Parts Hub is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on IC Parts Hub, including text, graphics, and product information, is the property of IC Parts Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
IC Parts Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for any specific transaction.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
